In our opinion, Continental Enterprises qualifies as the personification of a Trademark Extortionist. This Indianapolis-based company has taken trademark extortion to a new level. It appears to be their only source of revenue. We would like a copy of the full complaint to add to our collection.
I would love a copy of the full complaint.
Thanks
This is completely absurd. Whats next? Suing rappers for saying the word Glock? suing videogames for their resemblance to realistic weapons?
Seriously. Get a hobbly. Find another way to save your company in a poor economy than leeching in a poor attempt at a lawsuit.
Ridiculous
I would love to see a copy of the full complaint as well as the one for BT Paintball or Kee Action Sports.
Would love a copy of the full complaint and also those for Kee Action Sports and BT Paintball. Thank you.
This is crazy. I would love to see a copy of the full complaint as well as the one for BT Paintball and Kee Action Sports. Thanks.
I would like to have a copy mailed to me as well as any pertaining to Kee Action, BT paintball. Thank you
There is an Exhibit A – do you have that too?
Jim, I’ve emailed you a pdf copy of Exhibit A. If anyone else would like Exhibit A, please leave a comment.
Thanks, after reviewing the Exhibit A. HK do have a case with their dress trade being used by Tippmann. I see multiple citing UMP’s and G36’s.
would love to see the full complaint
