Trans-United Inc. v. Trans-United Inc et al
A nice straightforward trademark case. Plaintiff has provided trucking and shipping services under the TRANS-UNITED mark since 1964. Defendant allegedly began using an identical mark for similar services in 2008. Attempts to settle were unsuccessful and thus here’s the lawsuit.

all these people listed here are thieves, Liars. They are all involved in numerous moving companies.I hired one of there so called company Federal Interstate Van Lines in Florida. Well they got all my household goods, and $713.00 .And now can’t get a hold of anyone on the phone , e-mails.Every single one of these people listed as the defendants needs to go to PRISON. I will not stop until they give me my household goods, or I will continue to get Charges brought against them.
You people need to realize that the company you speak of in Fla. is a household mover. The one in Burns Harbor,In. is an equipment/ Heavy haul company. Same name but to totally different realms of the trucking industry. One has nothing to do with the other only to mess up the integrity of the original’s name.
