Plaintiff also registered a copyright for technical drawings of their solar dock post. Defendant Tommy Dock is a previous reseller of Plaintiff’s product. Defendant has allegedly been reselling Lake Lite’s product without authorization under a different mark, “BETTER BY DESIGN.”
