Attend this seminar to learn about how issues can arise from differences between foreign and domestic intellectual property laws and interpretation and enforceability of intellectual property assignments and licenses. Also discussed will be how privilege issues can arise through the engagement of foreign agents in the procurement of foreign rights.  Finally, learn how international business transactions may involve challenging tax, valuation and related profit repatriation issues.
